Covid-19 put all of us in the most trying of times- with managing a balance between each of our own personal and professional situations. Our company has been mostly working remotely (both from our homes and on-site at customer’s facilities) since before the pandemic occurred. We were ‘armed-and-ready’ with remote tools long before this happened, which ultimately allowed us to transition to working 100% remotely almost seamlessly. Our quality didn’t drop one bit due to working remotely. In fact, I think we have thrived through the tough times and continue to deliver for our customers.
