I received very positive feedback on both TJ and Eric’s performance. The implementation went smoothly, we have one open issue as it relates to Vocollect; processing inbound replenishment files-which is an issue on our end. I also greatly appreciate but probably not as much as Rao, TJ, and Eric creating a program to consolidate pick files which saved us hours of work. The only recommendation I would make is TJ and Eric should wear different colored shirts when they are onsite since they look so much alike!
