Mountain Leverage and voice-enabled distribution center American Woodmark will appear on the invitation-only educational documentary program, Viewpoint, airing on public television stations across America this month.
Hosted by actor Dennis Quaid, the acclaimed documentary series, Viewpoint, will feature Mountain Leverage as an industry leader on technology solutions that improve supply chain efficiency and the worker experience in distribution centers.
When invited to be featured on the show, Mountain Leverage brought along American Woodmark, one of the company’s longest-time customers using voice solutions for order fulfillment workflow optimization.
The national spotlight on Mountain Leverage’s partnership with American Woodmark tells a trifold story of success. The voice solution works well in the distribution center, the team members enjoy using the technology, and at a high-level, the companies share a culture that prioritizes people-focused outcomes.
“American Woodmark has a rich history of designing and distributing high-quality wooden furniture, in the same hollows and hills as us in the Appalachian Mountains, but more importantly, they’ve built their company on people-first values like integrity and teamwork that drive meaningful customer satisfaction,” said Alex Reneman, CEO of Mountain Leverage. “That’s what true partnership looks like at Mountain Leverage. We achieve outstanding outcomes together when we share core beliefs that elevate the experiences of our end-customers, teams, and one another.”
Viewpoint covers stories of technology, people, and cultural advancements by inviting organizations who are leading by example within their industries. Each new segment broadcasts in between feature programs on public television channels over the course of a year.
Mountain Leverage was also featured in a national primetime cable TV commercial on Fox Business Network through the Viewpoint documentary program.
