Mountain Leverage isn't for everyone.  Sure, great skills are a given, but we have high expectations of our team members and it would be best for you and us, if you were to genuinely consider a few questions first. 

Is Mountain Leverage the place for you?

1. Are you a person of high moral character possessing traits of honesty, integrity and honor?
2. Do others consider you to be fair and equitable in all your dealings with friends, family, and strangers?
3. Are you talented in the area of technology or business?  Do you possess any of the skills listed in our job postings or throughout our site?
4. Can you execute?  Not just knowing the right thing to do or being able to tell someone else what would be good to do, but actually get 'it' done.
   
5. Are you flexible and able to work in ambiguity and adapt to change?
   
6. Do you take ownership of what you and your team does, regardless of the outcome? 
   
7. Can you think?  Not just regurgitate, but use critical thinking skills to solve the problems at hand.
   
8. Are you the best at what you do?  If not, do you learn fast and then ultimately want to be the best?  And after you become the best, do you continue to strive further in your current area, as well as areas new to you?
   
9. Can you laugh....a lot?
10. Do you look forward to assisting other team members in becoming better people and better employees?  Can you take advice from others on how you can improve?
    
11. Are you an excellent communicator, using various mediums to first, understand, then to be understood?
12. Are you comfortable with working at a company that is open and honest with it's clients, employees, and other parties involved?  Are you able to be that honest, even when the truth hurts?
