Mountain Leverage isn't for everyone.  Sure, great skills are a given, but we have high expectations of our team members and it would be best for you and us, if you were to genuinely consider a few questions first. 

Is Mountain Leverage the place for you?

  3. Are you talented in the area of technology or business?  Do you possess any of the skills listed in our job postings or throughout our site?
  4. Can you execute?  Not just knowing the right thing to do or being able to tell someone else what would be good to do, but actually get 'it' done.
  5. Are you flexible and able to work in ambiguity and adapt to change?
  6. Do you take ownership of what you and your team does, regardless of the outcome? 
  7. Can you think?  Not just regurgitate, but use critical thinking skills to solve the problems at hand.
